These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Member", "Player", or "you") and bumi303 (hereinafter referred to as "bumi303", "we", "us", or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the bumi303 website, accessible at https://bumi303.cam, and all related services, features, content, and software applications provided therein.

By registering a member account, accessing the bumi303 platform, placing any wager, or accepting any promotional offer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the bumi303 platform and close your account.

bumi303 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend that all Members review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

Membership on the bumi303 platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility requirements. Any person who does not meet all of the criteria below is expressly prohibited from registering an account or using the platform's services.

To be eligible to register and maintain a bumi303 account, you must:

1. Be a natural person aged21 years or older at the time of registration;
2. Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you;
3. Not be a resident of or accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
4. Not be a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of bumi303 or any of its affiliated entities;
5. Not be a registered problem gambler with any self-exclusion programme or regulatory body at the time of registration;
6. Register under your true, legal identity — providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination;
7. Maintain only one (1) active bumi303 account at any given time — multiple accounts held by the same individual will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and may result in forfeiture of balances.

bumi303 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (including, but not limited to, Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad), passport, or utility bills confirming residential address) at any stage of the registration or withdrawal process. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or suspension.

Registration of a bumi303 account is free of charge. Members are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. bumi303 may at any time request that Members verify the accuracy of registered information.

Each Member is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication methods enabled. bumi303 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to a Member's account where such access results from the Member's failure to adequately protect their credentials.

• Members must use a strong, unique password and must not share account access with any third party;
• Suspected unauthorised access must be reported to bumi303 customer support immediately via live chat;
• bumi303 will never request a Member's password via email, telephone, or chat;
• Members are responsible for all activity conducted through their account, whether authorised or not, until they report a security breach to bumi303;
• Accounts are personal and non-transferable — selling, gifting, or transferring an account to another individual is strictly prohibited.

bumi303 supports a comprehensive range of Malaysian payment methods to facilitate deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All financial transactions on the platform are processed in MYR unless otherwise specified in connection with supported cryptocurrency deposits.

Accepted Deposit Methods include: Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and cryptocurrency (BTC / USDT). Additional payment channels may be added or removed at bumi303's discretion.

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) prior to first withdrawal processing. bumi303 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the source of funds in line with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been used to deposit into the requesting account.

bumi303 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals via Malaysian domestic banking channels. Third-party payment providers may apply their own charges, for which bumi303 accepts no liability. Withdrawal requests may be subject to a minimum threshold as specified on the platform at the time of the request.

bumi303 offers a range of promotional offers to new and existing Members, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, sports betting bonuses, cashback awards, birthday bonuses, referal bonuses, and loyalty tier rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms, which are published alongside each offer on the platform.

Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms, the following General Bonus Terms apply to all bumi303 promotional offers:

• Bonus funds are subject to awagering requirement (rollover) which must be completed in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements are specified per promotion and typically range from 15x to 30x the bonus amount — always check the specific offer page for the applicable rollover;
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Member, per household, per IP address, and per payment method;
• bumi303 reserves the right to withdraw, void, or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to respecting acrued obligations on already-accepted bonus terms;
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, converted to cash without meeting wagering requirements, or stacked with other offers unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• bumi303 reserves the right to withold bonus awards or reverse bonus-derived winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms;
• Birthday bonuses are issued once per calendar year and are subject to the Member having completed full KYC verification and having provided a valid date of birth on their account profile;
• Referral bonuses are credited within 24 hours of a referred Member completing their qualifying deposit. The referring Member and the referred Member must each hold separate, independently verified accounts.

All games and betting markets available on the bumi303 platform are governed by specific game rules, which are accessible within each game or market interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these General Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of the specific game or market concerned.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the platform system. It is the Member's sole responsibility to verify bet details prior to confirmation;
• bumi303 reserves the right to void any bet placed at eroneous odds or on an event outcome that has already been determined at the time of placement (palpable errors);
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disputed game round, or connectivity failure during a game session, bumi303's decision on the outcome shall be final, subject to review of available server-side game logs;
• Casino games are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited for fairness and randomness;
• Live sports betting is subject to market suspension at the discretion of bumi303's trading team, particularly during periods of high-volatility play or suspected irregular betting activity;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all games and markets. Current limits are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting market;
• bumi303 offers Asian Handicap, Over-Under, 1X2, and various other betting formats across football markets including the EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, and other sanctioned international competitions.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bumi303 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referal to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one (1) account, whether under the same or different personal details;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or during KYC verification;
• Coluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or engage in chip-dumping;
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to exploit games, bonuses, or sports markets in ways not intended by the platform;
• Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of pricing inconsistencies;
• Money laundering, or using bumi303 as a channel to transfer or conceal funds of illicit origin;
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction while misrepresenting your geographic location;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any platform software or game logic;
• Harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at bumi303 staff or other Members via any communication channel.

All content, materials, trademarks, logos, service marks, trade names, software, game titles, graphics, text, images, audio-visual materials, and the overall look and feel of the bumi303 platform are the exclusive intellectual property of bumi303 or its licensed content providers and game studios, and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bumi303 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes and strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content;
• Frame or mirror any part of the bumi303 website on any other website or application without express written consent;
• Use the bumi303 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any marketing, promotional, or commercial context without explicit written authorisation.

bumi303 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference and forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering a bumi303 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy covers, among other matters: the categories of personal data collected; the purposes and legal bases for processing; data retention periods; Member rights in relation to their personal data; security measures in place; and how to contact bumi303 regarding data protection matters. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bumi303 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with a Member's use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

The bumi303 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While bumi303 makes every reasonable effort to maintain platform availability and game integrity, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical malfunctions. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may result in temporary platform unavailability.

bumi303's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall in no event exceed the amount of funds held in the Member's bumi303 account at the time the relevant claim arises.

bumi303 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Member has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided fraudulent information, or where account closure is required for compliance with applicable legal or regulatory obligations.

Members wishing to voluntarily close their bumi303 account may do so at any time by contacting live support. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining after the satisfaction of outstanding wagering requirements will be processed for withdrawal to a verified payment method held on the account.

Accounts that are closed as a result of confirmed Terms violations may forfeit all bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds. Real-money deposits not subject to active wagering requirements will be returned following completion of applicable AML verification procedures.

bumi303 reserves the right to amend, update, modify, or replace any provision of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material in nature, bumi303 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the platform or via registered email. Where amendments relate to legal, regulatory, or security requirements, they may take immediate effect.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the bumi303 platform following any published amendment constitutes the Member's unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease use of the platform.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations under which bumi303 is licensed to operate.

In the event of any dispute between a Member and bumi303 arising from or relating to these Terms or any aspect of the Member's use of the platform, the parties agree to first seek resolution through bumi303's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support at [email protected]. bumi303 will endeavour to resolve all good-faith disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt of a written complaint.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal procedures, it may be referred to the relevant regulatory body or dispute resolution service in accordance with bumi303's licensing obligations. bumi303's determination on matters of game outcomes, technical disputes, and bonus eligibility shall be final and binding, subject to any regulatory review process available under applicable licensing terms.
